When the holiday season came around, I met a new friend: the gingerbread man! Although when I took my first bite, Mama jokingly said “Ow!” and then, for a while, I refused to eat the gingerbread man because I didn’t want to hurt him! Now I just eat him and say “Ow!” after every bite.
